If you provide us with contact information, including email addresses, company names, and phone numbers, we may retain that data solely for the purpose of sending you relevant AVFE information, program updates, enhancements, transactional data, and other promotional materials.    Information that can be personally attributed, such as specific courses completed, resources viewed, and other programmatic information is obtained to perform analysis, and identify trends and further enhance program offerings.

AFVE will not, without your consent, disclose any personal identification information about you as an individual user to any third party.  We may however, use this personal information to ensure compliance with organizational policies, federal, state, and local law.

AVFE does not disclose payment information (to include credit card information or banking details).

AVFE does, from time to time, collect general and non-personal data and statistical information that may include, but is not limited to, page visits, resources viewed, and email and open response rates.  This information is collected to enhance AVFE service offerings and identify areas of additional member benefits.
